East Coast Bound
July 9, 2012
In thirteen days I’ll be hitting the east coast! Spending a very short three days in New York City (mostly Brooklyn), then hopping into a car to head back to STL with my best friend. I cannot wait for cold beers on porch swings, hopefully catching the tail end of a Mail The Horse show, and exploring a city I’ve yet to step foot in.
Oh, and the drive back to STL will be my first time driving a manual car…so that’ll be an adventure.
Got any must see/eat/do/try suggestions for New York? Keep in mind I’ve got limited time. The only thing currently on my list is Pies n Thighs.

THAT CAR IS BASICALLY IN COLUMBUS, FYI. Good luck on the manual. It’s super easy once you’re cruising on the highway. Just have someone else get it into first for you.
LO, we are actually driving through Columbus. Planning stops this week. It’ll be the 25th, if you’re around…
You gotta try La Colombe while in NYC – they’ve got a few locations around TriBeCa and SoHo. It is really the world’s greatest cup of coffee. And try some of the Elf stuff too
