Striped Popsicles
It’s no secret that I’m a stripeaholic, so of course I found a way to put my lined addiction into food. And with the wretchedly high degree temps we’ve been having, what better recipe to use than the quintessential summertime treat – popsicles!
Grab some fruit – I used 4 cups of strawberries – blend with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Separately blend 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 3 tablespoons of cream and 4 tablespoons of honey.
Pour layers, making sure to freeze for 30 minutes in-between each flavor. Don’t forget to add the popsicle stick! Freeze overnight, and dip into luke warm later for 45 seconds to remove the popsicles from the mold.

Oh wow I’m sure these are just tasty! Haven’t seen old-fashioned popsicles like these in a long-time. These remind me of the good old days. Good job here Jessica! =D
Jess, I’m so glad you remember strawberries are my favorite fruit
can’t wait to try them!
Totally going to make these for my little boy this weekend! We just bought so many cute molds.
YUM. I’m seeing stripes in my future, too!
How cute! I’m addicted to stripes too- i have a whole pinterest board dedicated to them.
