New York, Part I
Before leaving for the East Coast, I was a bit anxious and certainly intimidated. Not much changed once I reached my destination. New York is buildings on buildings on buildings on a side walk above an entire underground subway system. It’s so much to take in at once. And while I was staying on a street that heavily reminded me of St. Louis, it was still Brooklyn – at the end of the street you could find six bodegas, two grocery stores and endless restaurants all with-in two blocks of one another.
However, for all my reservations about this monstrosity, I was also in awe. I managed to sleep very little in my three days there, outlasting the moon twice. Making sure we got into all sorts of shenanigans was the ‘tour guide’/host, Chris; my travel buddy, Sarah; and good friend, Shannon.
Part I: Motorcycle Rides. Damn good pizza. Indescribable city views. Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Tasty coffee. Subway navigation.
More city to come! Stay tuned.

Loving the post. Especially that Zara bag I spy.
